Terms of Service 1. Introduction Welcome to The Island Club Adventures ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our platform and services, you ("the User" or "Customer") agree to these Terms of Service. We act solely as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers ("Operators"). Our role is to facilitate bookings and arrangements for excursions, activities, and other experiences in The Bahamas. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. 2. No Liability Disclaimer By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that The Island Club Adventures holds no responsibility or liability for any aspect of your experience, including but not limited to: Injuries, accidents, or harm to persons or property Delays, cancellations, or changes in service Quality, safety, or reliability of services provided by third-party Operators Acts of nature, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances Any loss, damages, or expenses incurred during or after the experience We act solely as a service provider, facilitating connections between Customers and Operators. We do not own, operate, or control any of the excursions, tours, or services featured on our platform, and all transactions are solely between the Customer and the Operator. 3. Third-Party Services All services, including excursions, tours, and activities, are provided by independent third-party Operators. We have no control over the conduct, operations, or policies of these Operators. It is the responsibility of the Customer to review and understand the Operator's terms, policies, and safety guidelines before participating in any experience. 4. No Warranty We provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided on our platform. We do not guarantee the availability, performance, or quality of any third-party services. You agree that your participation in any excursion or activity is at your own risk. 5. Payments & Cancellations All bookings made through our platform are subject to the Operator’s terms and conditions regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds. We are not responsible for any disputes related to payments, cancellations, or service modifications between the Customer and the Operator. 6.
